Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the qezvorant website and our online knitting education materials focused on socks and scarves (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Qezvorant Learning Studio Ltd ("qezvorant", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance, Eligibility, and Scope
You confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and that they have reviewed these Terms with you. We may update the Service over time, including changing, adding, or removing content, modules, or features. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The Service is provided as an educational resource. It is not a substitute for professional instruction in a controlled environment, and it does not create a tutor-student relationship with any specific instructor unless explicitly stated in writing.
2. Educational Disclaimer (Important)
All content on qezvorant is provided for learning purposes only. Knitting outcomes vary based on individual practice time, yarn and needle choices, tension, and technique. We do not promise that your finished socks or scarves will match any example exactly, and we do not provide guarantees regarding personal results.
Knitting involves tools such as needles, scissors, and blocking equipment. You are responsible for safe use, careful storage, and following any manufacturer instructions or yarn label guidance for care and safety. If you experience discomfort, take breaks and adjust your setup. This is an educational site; it does not provide medical advice.
3. Service Description
The Service includes technique explanations, project guidance, and reference materials related to knitting socks and scarves. Topics may include, for example, cast-on and bind-off methods, tension control, knitting in the round, heel and gusset construction, toe shaping, finishing techniques, and yarn selection principles such as fiber blends, ply, twist, and durability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service for security, legal, or operational reasons.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in a way that respects other users and our operations. You must not:
- Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass any security measures.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or copy content without our written permission.
- Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms.
- Transmit malware, phishing content, or any code designed to disrupt or compromise the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable sanctions, export controls, or other restrictions that apply to you.
We may suspend or block access if we believe, in our reasonable judgment, that your use violates these Terms or poses risk to the Service, our users, or our business.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its text, design, lesson structure, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Qezvorant Learning Studio Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. qezvorant and associated branding elements are our trademarks or trade dress.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service content without our written permission, except where allowed by applicable law.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may reference or link to third-party resources for convenience (for example, general tool manufacturers, fiber information, or other educational references). We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content is complete, current, or suitable for your specific needs. Knitting techniques may be interpreted differently by different learners; results depend on materials and execution.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qezvorant Learning Studio Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qezvorant Learning Studio Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
10. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, civil unrest, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, or failures of hosting, cloud, or telecommunications providers.
11. International Use
The Service is operated from the United Kingdom. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or legally available for use in all locations. If you access the Service from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to the section below, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where such rights apply.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and provide a brief written description of the dispute and your contact information so we can try to resolve it informally. We will aim to respond within a reasonable period, and in any case you agree to allow at least 30 days for informal resolution.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe suspension is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or our legal interests. The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Qezvorant Learning Studio Ltd regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.
17. Assignment and No Waiver
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
18. Modifications to These Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms take effect 14 days after posting.
19. Electronic Communications
When you use the Service or contact us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and agreements we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
